1. What is an Inspection Trip?

Quite simply, it is the most cost effective, informative and professional way of viewing property abroad. You will have the opportunity to view a very wide selection of freehold properties including apartments, bungalows, duplexes, villas etc all at very reasonable prices.

2. Will there be enough time to make up our minds?

6. What will we see?

7. When we see the property that we want, what do we do?

A good question, and a very important one. A deposit of £2,000 is required to remove the property from the market. Stage payments are then arranged and reservation contracts drawn up. We have associated financial advisers, both here in the UK and also abroad whose advice is available completely free of charge.

8. What if we don't like any of the properties or the area?

Do not worry, we guarantee that you will be under no pressure whatsoever at any time. Several of our non-buyers have subsequently recommended friends who have bought because of our professional approach and the total lack of any pressure. 9. What finance can be arranged?
